About the authors:
Gerald Montagu, solicitor, is a partner in the Tax Group at Olswang. Mark Weston, solicitor, is a partner at Matthew Arnold & Baldwin where he heads the Commercial/IP/IT Group. He has previously tutored in law at University College London and currently lectures and writes widely.
